King-size double wardrobe, twin bedside draws, dressing table with draws and fan.

Bedroom 2

Twin divans, cot, wardrobe, chest of draws and fan. These beds can be zipped together to make a king sized bed if required.

Kitchen

View towards corridor to shower-room and separate toilet. Electric cooker, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,  etc.

Rear Garden

The garden is well fenced with views over open countryside - there are often cows in the field behind the rear hedge or in the winter we have sheep as company. You should also see an array of other visitors to your garden area.

Wash basin, shower cubicle mirror, electric shaver point, babies bath & storage cupboard. There is also a separate toilet.

Viewed from your private garden towards patio doors to lounge.  The patio are is separately fenced and is secure for infants.

Patio area

With 2 x sun loungers, charcoal barbeque and patio table with 4 chairs.

We also have for children a playhouse which is out of shot with a collection of garden toys in it.
